When can I return an item bought online?

Returning an item is fast and easy. You’ll only have to guarantee that it meets the following conditions:

  • Has been purchased within 15 days;
  • The product has never been used and has to be returned in its original condition. In case of Footwear, it must be returned with its original box (except the package plastic that may have been opened);
  • With the original invoice or a copy.

Do I have to pay to return an item?

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer except if the order received is incorrect or faulty. In this case, you should contact our customer service as soon as possible in way to solve the situation. 

 

 

 

 

Refunds

 

When returning an item, will I receive the shipping costs?

If you’re returning all the items of your order, yes. You’ll be fully refunded, including the shipping costs. If you’re returning only one of the items, you’ll only receive the refund of the item’s value. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you'll receive the refund of both the item and the shipping costs.
